The Need-to-Know Before You Go

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE 
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or Reserved Premier Parking. There is also Early Parking, Tailgate Area Parking and Oversized.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop off areas are located at our A/B Parking Gate Entrance. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event; they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue. Uber and Ride-Share drop off location is located at the A/B parking entrance only.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE 
The Box Office at PNC Music Pavilion is only open day-of-show, starting at 10AM.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the north and south plazas.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions.

RECYCLING 
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue. 

TAILGATING 
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
